Thank you for using Concrete Calculator Plus+ (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Concrete Calculator is built to keep your project data on your device. Quotes, business profiles, calculation inputs, and PDFs you create are stored locally and are not uploaded to our servers.

The App offers a free tier (Rectangular Slab calculator) and optional Premium access (additional calculators, quotes, and PDF features) through Apple In-App Purchase, managed with the Adapty SDK. When you purchase or restore Premium, certain purchase-related information is processed by Apple and Adapty as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

You may voluntarily enter the following information into the App. All of it is stored locally on your device (using Apple's standard `UserDefaults` / on-device storage) and is never transmitted to us.

- Calculation inputs — dimensions, quantities, unit selections, and pricing values you enter in the calculators.

- Quotes / Estimates — customer name, project name, project address, customer email, customer phone, notes, line items, labor, markup, tax, discount, validity date, and quote number.

- Business Profile — business name, owner name, address, phone, email, website, license number, tax ID, default terms, brand accent color, and business logo image.

You can delete any of this information at any time by:

- Deleting individual quotes from My Quotes

- Clearing fields in the Business Profile screen

- Uninstalling the App (which removes all locally stored data)

Premium (subscription or one-time purchase required):

- All other calculators (15 additional tools across concrete, aggregate, masonry, reinforcement, and general categories)

- Saved quotes and quote management

- Branded PDF quote export

Premium status is verified through Apple In-App Purchase and the Adapty service. We do not operate a separate login account for Premium.

When you buy, restore, or manage Premium, the following applies:

Apple (App Store / StoreKit)

- Apple processes all payments. We do not receive or store your payment card number or Apple ID password.

- Apple provides us (via Adapty) with purchase and subscription status needed to unlock Premium features (for example, whether a subscription is active, expired, or refunded).

Adapty

We use Adapty to manage in-app purchases, subscription status, and paywalls. Adapty may receive and process:

- An anonymous or pseudonymous app-user identifier assigned by Adapty

- Product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and subscription status (active, expired, cancelled, etc.)

- Device and app metadata needed to validate purchases (such as app version and store region)

- IP address and technical logs related to purchase validation, if enabled in the SDK configuration

We do not receive your quotes, customer lists, business profile, or calculation data through Adapty.

Restore Purchases

If you tap Restore Purchases, the App asks Apple (via Adapty) to verify prior Premium purchases linked to your Apple ID. No quote or business data is included in that request.

We do not collect:

- Your quotes, customer details, or business profile

- Your calculation history

- A user account with email/password managed by us

- Advertising identifiers for our own ad targeting (the App does not show third-party ads)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on our systems.

If you choose to add a business logo, the App uses Apple's PhotosPicker to let you select a single image. The selected image is copied into the App's local storage as part of your Business Profile. The App does not request broad access to your photo library; it only receives the specific image you pick. The image never leaves your device unless you share it (e.g., by generating a PDF quote and sending it).

The App can generate PDF quotes containing the information you entered (business details, logo, customer details, line items). These PDFs are created locally on your device. When you tap Share:

- iOS's system share sheet (`ShareLink`) presents destinations (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, third-party apps, etc.).

- You decide where the PDF is sent. Once shared, the receiving service or recipient is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

We do not receive or intercept any shared PDF.

We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, Adapty processes the transaction through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Adapty may receive:

- An anonymous user profile identifier

- Subscription status and transaction receipts

- App Store product identifiers

All data is stored on your device using iOS's standard application storage.

- The App does not operate any backend, database, or cloud sync service.

- If you have iCloud Backup enabled for your device, iOS may include the App's local data in your encrypted iCloud backup per Apple's policies. This is controlled by your device settings, not by the App.

- Because data is local, its security depends on your device's passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS protections.

The App may request an App Store rating through Apple's standard in-app review API (`StoreKit`) after you complete a successful calculation. This is controlled by Apple and does not send your calculation data to us.

The App is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the App collects no data on a server, no special procedure is required; however, parents should supervise any financial or business inputs.

On-device data: You may edit or delete quotes and business profile information at any time in the App, or remove all local data by uninstalling the App.

Purchases: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Restoring purchases is available from the Premium paywall in the App.

Privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.): Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Because we do not store your quotes or customer data on our servers, most requests about that content are satisfied by your control of the App on your device. For purchase-related data processed by Adapty or Apple, you may also contact those providers or us using the contact information below.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and may be used in countries where Apple makes it available. Purchase validation may involve processing in the United States or other countries where Apple or Adapty operate. Your project and quote data remains on your device unless you share it yourself.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through an App update or updated text at the URL above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
