This Privacy Policy describes how Invoice Breeze: Invoice Maker ("we," "us," "our," or the "App"), operated by Mosaic Minds Studio LLC, handles information in connection with your use of the Invoice Breeze: Invoice Maker mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Invoice Breeze: Invoice Maker is designed with privacy as a core principle. All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device by default. We do not operate servers that collect, process, or store your invoices, clients, or business records. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell, share, rent, or monetize your billing data.

Optional Invoice Maker Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use Adapty (adapty.io) only to verify subscription status and deliver paywalls — not to access your invoice content. Optional Google Drive backup(Pro) stores an encrypted JSON snapshot in your own Google account when you connect Google Sign-In.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on our servers:

- Your name, email address, phone number, or physical address

- Business information (company name, logo, tax identifiers)

- Client information (names, contacts, addresses)

- Invoices, quotes, receipts, or financial records

- Product or service catalogs (Price Book entries)

- Payment amounts, payment methods, or transaction details

- Device identifiers or advertising IDs

- Location data

- Contact lists, photos, or files (except those you explicitly select)

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or any remote telemetry of your billing content. Subscription verification uses Adapty; optional Drive backup uses Google Sign-In when you enable it.

If you purchase Invoice Maker Pro, payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.

We use Adapty to:

​

- Confirm whether your Pro subscription is active

- Show subscription pricing and purchase screens

- Process restore-purchase requests through Apple's StoreKit

Adapty may receive technical identifiers described in Adapty's privacy policy. Adapty does not receive your invoices, clients, quotes, receipts, or Price Book data.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

If you subscribe to Pro and choose to connect Google Drive, the App uploads a single JSON backup file (`InvoiceMakerAppDataBackup.json`) to your Google Drive using Google's Sign-In and Drive APIs (`drive.file` scope). That file contains the same categories of data listed in Section 5 below. We do not read your broader Google Drive; we only access the backup file the App creates or updates.

You can disconnect Google Drive at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops future backups but does not delete files already in your Drive unless you remove them manually.

The following categories of data are stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData / Core Data framework and, where applicable, iCloud on-device synchronization provided by Apple:

- Business profile (name, address, email, phone, logo, tax defaults, invoice/quote/receipt numbering preferences)

- Clients you add (name, email, phone, address, notes)

- Invoices, quotes, and receipts you create

- Line items and saved Price Book products/services

- App preferences (selected currency, templates, color themes, onboarding status)

This data does not leave your device except when you share a PDF via the iOS share sheet, or when you opt in to Google Drive backup as described above. You are solely responsible for the data you enter and for backing it up (for example, via Apple's standard iCloud device backup or Pro Google Drive backup).

When you generate a PDF invoice, quote, or receipt and choose to share it (for example, by Email, Messages, WhatsApp, AirDrop, or Save to Files), the file is passed to the third-party application or service you select. Once you share a PDF, that file is governed by the privacy practices of the recipient app or service, which are outside our control.

We do not see, intercept, or store the shared files.

Invoice Maker: Quotes, Receipts is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Because your data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's security. We strongly recommend that you:

- Use a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID

- Keep iOS updated to the latest version

- Enable iCloud backup if you want to preserve data

While we design the App to follow industry-standard practices, no software or device is perfectly secure. You use the App at your own risk.

The App is operated from the United States. Because we do not collect data, there are no international data transfers performed by the App. Your data remains on your device regardless of your location.

Because we do not collect or store your data, we cannot access, modify, export, or delete your data for you. You have full control:

- Access / Export: Use the App's built-in PDF share and, where available, export features.

- Modify: Edit any record directly in the App.

- Delete: Delete individual records, or use Settings → Reset Everything to delete all app data.

- Uninstall: Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all locally stored App data.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, and other regions with privacy laws (GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) have additional statutory rights. Since we are not a controller or processor of your data in the App, those rights are exercised on your device through the controls described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

It is not a substitute for professional accounting, bookkeeping, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for complying with applicable tax, financial, record-keeping, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
