- Payment amounts, payment methods, or transaction details
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Contact lists, photos, or files (except those you explicitly select)
The App does not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporters that transmit personal data, or any remote telemetry
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following categories of data are stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData / Core Data framework and, where applicable, iCloud on-device synchronization provided by Apple:
- Business profile (name, address, email, phone, logo, tax defaults, invoice/quote/receipt numbering preferences)
- Clients you add (name, email, phone, address, notes)
- Invoices, quotes, and receipts you create
- Line items and saved Price Book products/services
- App preferences (selected currency, templates, color themes, onboarding status)
This data never leaves your device through the App. You are solely responsible for the data you enter and for backing it up (for example, via Apple's standard iCloud device backup).
4. Device Permissions
The App may request the following iOS permissions, which are used only on-device and only for the stated purpose:

To let you pick a business logo or attach an image to an invoice or client. Images you select are stored locally in the App.
You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, Adapty processes the transaction through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Adapty may receive:
- An anonymous user profile identifier
- Subscription status and transaction receipts
- App Store product identifiers

5. Sharing via Apple's Share Sheet
When you generate a PDF invoice, quote, or receipt and choose to share it (for example, by Email, Messages, WhatsApp, AirDrop, or Save to Files), the file is passed to the third-party application or service you select. Once you share a PDF, that file is governed by the privacy practices of the recipient app or service, which are outside our control.
We do not see, intercept, or store the shared files.
6. Children's Privacy
Invoice Maker: Quotes, Receipts is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Security
Because your data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's security. We strongly recommend that you:
- Use a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID
- Keep iOS updated to the latest version
- Enable iCloud backup if you want to preserve data
While we design the App to follow industry-standard practices, no software or device is perfectly secure. You use the App at your own risk.
8. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. Because we do not collect data, there are no international data transfers performed by the App. Your data remains on your device regardless of your location.
9. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store your data, we cannot access, modify, export, or delete your data for you. You have full control:
- Access / Export: Use the App's built-in PDF share and, where available, export features.
- Modify: Edit any record directly in the App.
- Delete: Delete individual records, or use Settings → Reset Everything to delete all app data.
- Uninstall: Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all locally stored App data.
Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, and other regions with privacy laws (GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) have additional statutory rights. Since we are not a controller or processor of your data in the App, those rights are exercised on your device through the controls described above.
