During setup and in Settings, the App may store:

- That you are studying for a Florida Class E license

- An optional test date, used only to show how many days remain and to personalize reminder text

- A daily question goal

- Whether daily reminders are on, and what hour they should fire

This information is stored only on your device. We never receive it.

Your answers, flashcard ratings, readiness, streaks, bookmarks, practice-exam history and how many free exams you have used are stored only on your device. They are used only to show your progress and to choose which questions to review.

The Virtual Officer mock interview and spoken-answer practice can listen to your answers. This needs your permission for the microphone and, on iPhone, for speech recognition. You can say no and still use the App by answering with buttons or typing.

- On iPhone and iPad, speech is converted to text by Apple's speech recognition. On supported devices this happens on the device. On other devices, your voice may be sent to Apple to be transcribed, under Apple's Privacy Policy.

- On Android, speech is converted to text by your device's speech recognition service (usually Google). When on-device recognition is available the App uses it. Otherwise your voice may be processed by that service under its own privacy policy, such as Google's Privacy Policy https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- The App uses the transcribed text only to check your answer during the session. We do not record, save or receive your voice or transcripts.

If you use the App's speak-aloud feature, text is read by your device's built-in speech synthesizer. Nothing is sent to us or to a third-party voice service.

Optional Full Access is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles payment under [Apple's Privacy Policy]https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. We do not receive your payment card details. The App stores only a local flag so it can remember that Full Access is unlocked, and it checks purchase status with Apple when you buy or restore.

Deleting the App does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

The App links to official sources such as the Official Florida Driver License Handbook https://www.flhsmv.gov/pdf/handbooks/englishdriverhandbook.pdf on flhsmv.gov. Those sites open in your browser and have their own privacy policies.

We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, Adapty processes the transaction through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Adapty may receive:

- An anonymous user profile identifier

- Subscription status and transaction receipts

- App Store product identifiers

Adapty does not receive your name, journal content, or any other personal data from the App. For details, see Adapty's Privacy Policy https://adapty.io/privacy).

Because your data is only on your device, you control it:

- Use Reset progress in Settings to erase study progress, or change your plan (test date, daily goal, reminders) there.

- Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device.

We do not:

- Require an account or collect your name, email or contact details in the App

- Run ads, analytics, crash reporters or tracking SDKs

- Sell or share personal information

- Access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or Bluetooth

- Upload your answers or study history to our servers

If you email support@mosaicmindsstudio.com, we receive whatever you choose to send so we can reply.

The App is a study tool for people preparing for the Florida Class E Knowledge Exam, which may include teen drivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App with a parent or guardian.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (California) or the GDPR (EU/UK) may give you rights over your personal information. Because we do not collect or store personal information about you, there is no data held by us to access, correct, delete or move. Your data stays on your device and you can manage it as described above.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

If we change how the App handles information, we will update this policy and its effective date, and we will update the App's privacy details in the App Store. If a change adds any data collection, we will ask for your consent in the App first where required by law.
