This Privacy Policy explains how Mosaic Minds Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Faith First: Prayer Lock & Focus mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We built Faith First: Prayer Lock & Focus to help you set aside distractions and make time for prayer. Protecting your privacy is core to that mission: the App is designed to keep your personal data on your device wherever possible.

• Faith First: Prayer Lock & Focus stores your schedule, prayer history, streaks, and preferences locally on your device.
• We use Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to block apps. Your app selections never leave your device and are not visible to us.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We use limited third-party services for subscriptions (Adapty + Apple) and product analytics (PostHog) to operate and improve the App.
• Prayer library content is bundled in the App; browsing and filtering happens on your device.

The following is stored locally on your device (and, where required for app-blocking to function, in a private, sandboxed app group shared only with the App's own extensions):

- Your prayer blocking schedule and reminder times.

- Your prayer completion records (including dates, times, and saved prayer text from sessions you complete), streaks, and related progress.

- Onboarding answers and in-app preferences.

- The set of apps, categories, or websites you choose to block.

- Your use of the in-app **prayer library** (for example, mood or topic filters you select) is processed on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not have access to this on-device data, and it is not transmitted to our servers.

Faith First: Prayer Lock & Focus uses Apple's Family Controls, Device Activity, and Managed Settings frameworks to shield selected apps during your prayer times. Apple provides these selections to the App as opaque tokens. We cannot see which specific apps you select, and this information stays on your device.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through our subscription provider, Adapty. We and Adapty may receive information about your subscription status, transaction identifiers, and related purchase events. We do not receive your full payment card details; those are handled by Apple.

The App may record limited, on-device diagnostic or usage signals (for example, the last onboarding step reached) to help us troubleshoot issues. We do not currently use third-party analytics services that collect data from your device for advertising purposes.

With your permission, the App schedules local notifications to remind you to pray. These reminders are generated on your device.

- Reminders to pray at your scheduled times.

- A reminder before a free trial ends, if you start a trial subscription.

These notifications are generated and delivered locally by iOS; we do not receive the content of your notification interactions.

We use information to:

- Provide the App's core functionality (scheduling, blocking, reminders, streaks, prayer library, and prayer history).

- Process and validate subscriptions, free trials, and manage access to paid features.

- Diagnose problems and improve the App.

- Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

- With service providers who process data on our behalf (Adapty for subscriptions, Apple for payments, PostHog for analytics), bound by their obligations to protect it.

- For legal reasons, if required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.

- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Privacy Policy.

The App relies on the following third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

On-device data remains until you delete it, reset the App, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data. Data held by our service providers is retained according to their respective policies and our operational needs.

- App blocking: You can change or remove your blocked apps and schedule at any time in the App's settings.

- Notifications: You can disable reminders in the App or in iOS Settings.

- Screen Time permission: You can revoke Family Controls access in iOS Settings.

- Reset: You can erase local data and restart onboarding from the App's settings.

- Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, Adapty processes the transaction through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Adapty may receive:

- An anonymous user profile identifier

- Subscription status and transaction receipts

- App Store product identifiers

Faith First: Prayer Lock & Focus is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you use the App outside the country where our service providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different data-protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
