This Privacy Policy describes how the Landscaping Calculator Plus+ mobile application (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The Landscaping Calculator Plus+ is a self-contained iOS app that helps landscaping professionals estimate material quantities, generate quotes, and produce PDF documents. All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect, transmit, or store your personal information.

All of the following information is entered by you and stored only on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage (e.g., `UserDefaults` and the local file system):

- Business Profile Data: business name, owner name, address, phone, email, website, license number, tax ID, default terms, accent color, and an optional logo image.

- Customer / Project Data (Quotes): customer name, email, phone, address, project name, notes, terms, line items, labor cost, markup, tax, and discount values.

- Calculator Inputs: measurements, areas, material selections, and other values you enter to compute estimates.

- App Preferences: units of measurement, default cost values, and similar settings.

We do not collect:

- Account credentials (the App has no sign-in)

- Location data

- Contacts, photos, calendars, or microphone/camera data (unless you manually attach a logo image, which is then stored only on your device)

- Advertising identifiers

- Health, financial, or biometric data

Information you enter is used solely to:

- Perform the calculations and generate the estimates and quotes you request.

- Render PDF documents on your device for your own use, sharing, or printing.

- Persist your settings and saved quotes between app launches.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information. The App does not transmit your data to us or to any third party. If you choose to:

- Share or export a PDF/quote (via the iOS share sheet, email, AirDrop, Messages, etc.), or

- Print a document,

you control the recipient and the channel. Any third party you send data to (e.g., your email provider, a printer service, or your customer) is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The App does not embed analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or remote APIs. The only platform-level service involved is Apple iOS itself, which may collect diagnostics and usage information at the operating-system level if you have enabled that in your device settings. We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, Adapty processes the transaction through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Adapty may receive:

- An anonymous user profile identifier

- Subscription status and transaction receipts

- App Store product identifiers

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove all App data at any time by:

- Deleting individual quotes or clearing fields inside the App, or

- Uninstalling the App from your device, which removes all locally stored App data.

If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, your App data may be included in that backup according to your iOS backup settings. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by us.

The App is intended for business use by adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly process information from children.

Because all data is stored locally, the security of your information depends primarily on the security of your device. We recommend using a device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and keeping iOS up to date.

The App can be used anywhere iOS is supported. Because data is processed locally on your device, no cross-border transfer of data to us occurs.

Since we do not hold your data on our servers, requests to access, correct, or delete your data are fulfilled by you directly within the App or by uninstalling it. If applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) grants you additional rights, you may exercise them by managing the data on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or a revised version distributed with the App update.
